Originally emerging from a traditional printing company, Apograph GmbH was founded with the specific purpose of bringing together diverse expertise in surface finishing under one roof. These specialists had previously worked in various sectors, such as the electronics and automotive industries, or as manufacturers of decorative and keyboard overlays and control elements for renowned membrane keyboard manufacturers. However, it became clear that our passion increasingly focused on refining existing products or perfecting beautiful ones. As a result, Apograph quickly established a reputation as an innovative, high-end surface finisher. Our particular specialty, rooted in our history, is the finishing of coins and medals, but we also greatly enjoy working with products from the watch and jewelry industries, and we welcome challenges from other sectors as well.

When coins and medals with color applications became fashionable and gained increasing market acceptance around the turn of the millennium, we were approached with, "Hey, aren't you the ones with the color?" Later, we heard people say that Apograph-enhanced products are recognizable because they "come alive" or that "you're magicians." Such praise pleases us as a team, but it also motivates us to continuously improve our services and delight our customers time and time again.
Because we know that stagnation is regression and there are always opportunities for improvement.
